Although we hope you love your new IMME COLLECTION pieces as much as we do, we understand that sometimes the items you order online just don't look, fit, or feel as you expected. No worries! With the exception of final sale items, IMME will accept returns of unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 5 days from the date the order was delivered. Accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear, custom, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible returns will receive a refund for the amount paid for the merchandise (excluding the shipping cost). Clients must submit a Return Request (see instructions below) and ship the returned merchandise back to IMME within 5 days from the date the order was received. Returns will not be accepted if a Return Request is not submitted.
Eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to IMME COLLECTION. Your refund will be issued immediately after the return is processed and you'll receive an email updating you on the status of your return. Any items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions will not be accepted for return and will be mailed back to you.
To exchange your item for a different size or new item, please indicate the item you'd like to exchange it for in your return request and your exchange item will be shipped to you immediately after your return is processed.
